How Will Running Change My Body Will Running Every/other Day Change My Body .?

Will running every/other day change my body .? - how will running change my body

well me and my friend R & Plannin Durrin tha runnin 2 long until the summer to lose weight
But all we want is to lose to bring the abdominal muscles, and only in the form
So my question is
if I stay much my butt and get my flat chest?
